Regenerate Odemira 2 | Long-term volunteering

Are you searching for long-term volunteering in a natural environment in the South of Portugal?

We have ten ESC positions contributing to the ecological and social sustainability of rural communities, supporting the work of one of the 5 local organisations.

The project “Regenerate Odemira II” is coordinated by the Municipality of Odemira (Portugal) in cooperation with 5 associations active in our territory. From October 2023 until September 2024 (12 months) each of the following association will host 2 international volunteers:

CACO: Local culture, arts and crafts
Foz do Mira: Sea sports and community
GAIA ALENTEJO: Rural regenerative experience
PROJECT EARTH Art:, ecology and community
ROTA VICENTINA: Responsible tourism

Applications are open until 15th June 2023.

Volunteering in “Regenerate Odemira II” means taking part of the European Solidarity Corps [https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/young-people/volunteering_en].

Participants are aged from 18 to 30 years old. All expenses are covered by the programme: food, accommodation, health insurance and pocket money + traveling from your country to Odemira (considering maximum amount for travel costs).
